DELIVERY
Barring any reprinting due to circumstances out of the studio's control, orders will take up to 5 weeks for delivery from the time the order was placed. Additional time may be required if re-printing is necessary or during heavy volume due to holiday schedules. The studio makes no promise to deliver before any holiday, event or date that is personal to the customer. Placing an order with our studio, you agree there are no date guarantees for delivery.
DIGITAL JPEG FILES
All sales of digital media or picture prints that are ordered with digital media are FINAL. Once the download link is emailed, no refund will be given for any reason.
PRINT SALES
Our prints are copyright protected and are not allowed to be copied, reprinted, scanned or rephotographed with any camera or device without our consent. Purchasing prints or print packages does not make you the owner of the image. We do not give copy releases without the purchase of the digital JPEG copies.
CREDIT SALES
All forever funds credit sales are final there are no refunds when purchasing credit. Credit can be used towards future sessions, past sessions or custom sessions. Credit in your account do not expire.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Due to the nature custom nature of of these products, this order cannot be modified or cancelled once it's placed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
